The New Home Communities of Keller
There are plenty of Keller new homes from which to choose, thanks to the steady growth of this dynamic city.
Named by Money magazine as one of the “Top 100 Best Places to Live,” Keller has a number of things to cheer about, including: a highly acclaimed school system, a low crime rate, a beautiful park system and a plethora of affordable housing.
Keller boasts a variety of homes, including single-family homes, apartments and townhomes, as well as horse-friendly homes of numerous acres. Residents of Keller enjoy easy access to Fort Worth, as well as major highways and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
Keller boasts a picturesque park system with a number of trails, parks and playgrounds, including the Keller Pointe recreation center, where residents can partake in a number of fitness and recreational activities.
Because of Keller’s growth and opportunities, new home communities here are abundant. Here are our favorites:
- Saratoga – Saratoga features single-family homes that range in size from 1,807 to 3,687 square feet and three to five bedrooms. The community features a nice array of parks, greenbelts, hiking and biking trails, as well as an amenity center with a swimming pool and a cabana. Homes in Saratoga are priced from the $170,000s.
- Arcadia Park – Arcadia Park is located in the heart of the Alliance Corridor. Homes here range in size from 1,569 to more than 3,600 square feet. This community is ideally located less than two miles from Interstate 35 and Highway 377. Some of the community amenities found here include: a community swimming pool, a playground, hiking and biking trails, and a splash park.
- Villages of Woodland Springs – Located less than 10 miles from Southlake’s best shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, the Villages of Woodland Springs is ideally located near Interstate 35 and Highways 114 and 377. This community features playgrounds, community pools and miles of greenbelts. Homes in the Villages of Woodland Springs start at $129,900.
- Newton Ranch – Newton Ranch, which is located in the heart of Keller, features homes on one-third of an acre. Most of the homes here feature one or two stories and a number of floor plans. The homes of Newton Ranch are priced from the $350,000s to the $400,000s.
